NOAH Foundation Limited is a non-profit making organization primarily engaged to promote maritime education in Bangladesh. It is founded and run by young marine professionals of this country.

As its founder members are all seafarers of this country, there may be a "taste of salinity" in the activities of NFL. However, NOAH Foundation invites and encourages professionals from all milieu to participate with NFL's different ventures in order to achieve excellence in professionalism amongst the technocrats of this country.
